Block Wines
As demand far exceeds supply at every release, we never have anywhere near enough wine to go around. We have many loyal customers (some since our first vintage in 1997!) that we like to look after with a guaranteed allocation at each release, rather than sell an unlimited amount of wine to our latest fan and disappoint past and loyal customers. New customers must go on a waiting list to join the Block List. We carefully manage the number of customers on the list to ensure that everyone gets a chance to purchase an allocation. In the interest of fairness there are a couple of simple rules;
Once you are on the Block List we expect you will make a purchase at each release.
If you don’t purchase for four consecutive releases you will be removed from the Block list. This gives someone else the opportunity to move up from the waiting list.
