2003 Dry Riesling

Tasting Date: 28 October 2011

An array of wet wool and searing minerality.  This nose is definitely on the complex side of Riesling.  However, it is the palate which provides most joy.  It is fresh and fleshy with an mineral backbone that underpins the wine.  Tremendous length and still worthwhile holding on to.

Tasting Date: 16 November 2007

A noticeably reduced nose of florals, citrus, fruit tree blossoms and a wet wool mineral complexity. This wine has good mouthfeel and acidity, however it needs decanting as the reduced characters are dominant at this stage.
